Kate Rosborough, our Director of Admissions, came to ARIA with a plethora of experience in the substance abuse field. Kates experience working as a utilization review specialist, operations manager, and as a director of admissions, made her the perfect fit for our operation. Being a native to South Florida, Kate knows first-hand the determent that substance abuse has had on individuals within her community. Kate has spent the last few years in this field working closely with executive team members and owners to build stellar programming and systems for treatment centers. Kate brings this wealth of knowledge and desire to help others with her every day to work to help ARIA be the most welcoming and excellent treatment center in South Florida.

SharLandria has devoted her career to helping improve the lives of others and helping them to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes in order to experience meaningful change. She utilizes a variety of approaches in serving clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, reality, and solution-focused therapy. She believes in a client-centered approach meeting people where they are and healing from that point. A Florida native, SharLandria earned her Master’s of Social Work from FLorida Atlantic University. In her free time, she enjoys travel and spending time with her fiancé and her two sons.

Carl Heights, has been a registered nurse for over 10 years. A proud U.S. military veteran, Carl was a combat medic in the Army before deciding to pursue a career in nursing. He’s earned several post graduate degrees but considers his GED the most important. He’s worked in several areas of nursing; to include ER, ICU, Med Surge, Consulting, and Hospice, but finds his current station within addiction treatment the most fulfilling.

Brenda Bolivard is the Director of Admissions & Marketing at ARIA. She has been working in the mental health & substance abuse field for over 7 years. Brenda has broad experience in case management, operations, admissions, & mentorship.
While working at Aria, she is also a mentor at her family-owned special needs group home. She is currently in school with plans to become a Trauma Psychologist.
Brenda believes that her mission is to help people gain inner confidence and stability to reach goals and become the best versions of themselves. She believes we are all born with unique talents, desires, and motivations; She hopes to bring those amazing qualities in alignment with each client’s goals and bring a strong sense of purpose and direction to their everyday life. In her time at Aria, she’s been able to fulfill that desire & help bring balance and healing back into ARIA’s clients’ lives.
In her free time Brenda enjoys cooking, reading, writing, swimming & yoga.

Amy Bravo is the Director of HR and Finance at ARIA. She’s been a shining star in HR for years where she discovered her passion for improving the lives of others. Outside of work, Amy fills her free time with a diverse set of hobbies, when she’s not mothering her dog and plants.
Amy finds herself constantly inspired by ARIA’s mission to help change the lives of people struggling with either substance use disorder or their mental health.

Tomasina has been a valued member of the nursing department here at ARIA since November 2020. She has been working in the drug and alcohol treatment field since 2014. She began her career as a Behavioral Health Technician working in both adult and adolescent centers. Tomasina’s broad experience includes acting as a Case Manager, Group Facilitator and Manager of PHP housing . She graduated in 2019 with her nursing degree and moved into the nursing department.

Jerry Mawali is a Licensed Practical nurse currently employed by ARIA (Addiction Treatment Institute of America) for the last 1.5 years. His duties include providing medical care during emergencies, monitoring, counseling, and implementation of patient care plans. He believes that every patient deserves empathy and respect no matter their past or present ircumstances.
He received his CNA and nursing certification in 2020 from an accredited nursing school, ANHO (Academy for Nursing and Health Occupation) along with Phlebotomy, management, and delegation clearance. He also is a BACB (Behavior Analyst certification Board) member as a RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) since 2018, working with children and adults on the autistic spectrum.
When he is not providing services to his patient/clients, he is probably somewhere searching for his next food experience because considers himself a food critic and loves a new dining experience. He also loves sports, and fitness.
