Strategic Planning:
100% of personnel will complete competency-based training upon orientation and annually, as required by AODE and CARF
Continuing to assess the needs of clients to consider expansion of IOP/OP services based on the need
Ensuring ongoing compliance with CARF standards for continued accreditation
Focusing on improved clinical documentation through supervision and training for direct service personnel
Expansion of transportation services to ensure clients have continuing access to various services
Effective ongoing communication within the organization that occurs through multifaceted meetings and obtaining ongoing feedback from clients, personnel, and stakeholders.
Performance Measurement:
Improving access and engagement to services through timely admission and service initiation
Increased treatment effectiveness and client outcomes through reduction in substance use and treatment completion
Enhanced client experience and satisfaction through obtaining feedback via client surveys/suggestion boxes and timely resolution of client concerns
Improvement of service delivery by maintaining manageable caseloads, ensuring timely documentation, and maintaining a balanced client-to-staff ratio
Ensuring quality personnel performance and development through ongoing competency-based training, personnel satisfaction surveys, and high employment retention rates
Reducing risk and compliance issues by conducting in-depth audits, reviewing and resolving incidents, while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
Maintaining and/or establishing new relationships with community partners and obtaining continued input from partners and stakeholders via surveys and meetings
